Ingredients
  

Peach Filling

  • 6 ripe peaches peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Crumble Topping

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter cold and cut into cubes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish.
  • Toss peaches with brown sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spread in the baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, oats, granulated sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the peaches.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with ice cream!
