Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish.
Toss peaches with brown sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spread in the baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, oats, granulated sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the peaches.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
