Ingredients
  

Peach Filling

  • 6 cups sliced peaches fresh, canned (drained), or frozen (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter cold and cut into cubes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, toss the sliced peaches with brown sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spread evenly in the baking dish.
  • In another bowl, combine flour, oats, granulated sugar, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the peaches.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the filling is bubbling. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, add a handful of chopped nuts like pecans or almonds to the crumble topping. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for the ultimate summer dessert!
