This easy peach crumble features juicy, sweet peaches topped with a buttery, golden oat crumble. A cozy, crowd-pleasing dessert that's perfect with a scoop of ice cream!
6cupssliced peachesfresh, canned (drained), or frozen (thawed)
1/2cupbrown sugarpacked
1tbsplemon juicefresh
2tbspcornstarch
1tspcinnamon
1/4tspnutmeg
Crumble Topping
1cupall-purpose flour
1cuprolled oats
1/2cupgranulated sugar
1/2tspsalt
1/2cupunsalted buttercold and cut into cubes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, toss the sliced peaches with brown sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spread evenly in the baking dish.
In another bowl, combine flour, oats, granulated sugar, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the peaches.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the filling is bubbling. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
