  • Cocktail Stirrer or Spoon

Ingredients

Hugo Spritz Ingredients

  • 4 oz Prosecco chilled
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)
  • 2 oz soda water chilled
  • 2 slices lime plus more for garnish
  • 6-8 leaves fresh mint plus more for garnish
  • ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  • Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice. Add fresh mint leaves, gently smacking them first to release aroma.
  • Pour in the elderflower liqueur, followed by the Prosecco.
  • Top with soda water and add lime slices. Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with extra mint, lime, and optional berries or edible flowers. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For the best flavor, use a dry (brut) Prosecco and fresh mint. Customize your spritz with strawberries, edible flowers, or a splash of elderflower syrup for extra sweetness!
